LINE OUT/PHONES Jack
Headphones, or a multitrack recorder or mixer
that has no amp simulator can be connected to
this output jack.
INPUT Jack
This is the input jack for connecting to the output
of an electric guitar or other instrument or effects
processor.
* The INPUT jack also doubles as the power switch
when the unit is running on battery power. The
power comes on when a plug is inserted into the
INPUT jack, and goes off when it is unplugged.
Unplug any connected cords when the unit is not in
use.
AC Adaptor Jack
This jack is for connecting an AC
adaptor (BOSS PSA-series, sold
separately). Using an AC adaptor
makes possible long performances
with no worry about batteries going
dead.
AMP CTRL (amp control) Jack
This jack is used when connecting to
remote jacks, such as a guitar amp's
channel switching jack.
OUTPUT Jack
This jack is for connection to a
guitar amp or another effects
processor.
