Installing V-Producer

Insert the CD-ROM into the Macintosh CD-ROM drive.

On the CD-ROM, open the English - for OS X - V-Producer 2 folder.

Select the folder that is appropriate for the processor of your Macintosh,
and copy it to the application folder of your Macintosh.
If your Macintosh has a G4 processor
the V-Producer2(G4) folder
If your Macintosh has a G3 processor
the V-Producer2(G3) folder
Installing the VariOS USB driver for Mac OS X
Use the following procedure to install the VariOS USB driver for Mac OS X.
* Disconnect the VariOS from your computer before you install the driver.

Exit all currently running software (applications).

Insert the CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

On the CD-ROM, navigate to English - for OS X folder - VariOS USB
Driver, and double-click VariOSUSBDriver.

The confirmation dialog box will appear.
Input the administrator name and password, and click [OK].
The installation procedure will differ depending on your system.
Please proceed to the appropriate page for your system.

To check which type of
processor is in your
Macintosh, choose the
Apple menu item About
This Mac.
If you are using a virus
checker or similar software,
e sure to exit this as well.
In some cases,
VariOSUSBDriver may be
displayed as
VariOSUSBDriver.pkg.
