3-3 Cleaning the Heads Using the Cleaning Kit

Chapter 3 Maintenance and Adjustment

Reattach the covers and quit the manual-cleaning mode.

Attach the side cover.

After finishing cleaning, the following screen appears.

Lower the loading lever and attach the maintenance cover.

Raise the loading lever.

Close the front cover.

Press

The sub power is switched off.

Perform a printing test to verify the results of the procedure.

Perform a printing test to check the results.

Perform automatic cleaning several times as required.
